Linchpin
Linchpin

Land research, modernized.

The chain of title is older than the title industry itself.

Older than the abstract, older than the policy, older than the runsheet as we know it.

For nearly two centuries the work has been done by hand.

We do not propose to replace the practitioner. We propose to give them an instrument worthy of the practice.

The Mission

I
Time Compressed

The part that used to take the longest, doesn't.

II
Costs Reduced

Pay less for the work that doesn't require expertise.

III
Throughput Multiplied

The same team takes on more.

Flagship Product

Dustin Amodeo

Dustin Amodeo

Founder · Chief Executive

Dustin is a Registered Professional Landman with over twenty years of experience running title, examining chains of ownership, and delivering runsheets for acquisition, divestiture, and development programs across Texas. Before building Linchpin, he spent years managing title programs end to end — scoping projects, coordinating teams, delivering under tight acquisition timelines, and solving the kinds of curative and title problems that don't fit neatly into a template. That operational background shapes everything about how Ledger works: it's built to solve real problems at the courthouse, not just look impressive in a demo.L
